Summer solstice celebrations buzz with mobile food trailer bringing a feast of food

Today marks the summer solstice, the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. To celebrate the arrival of the summer solstice, colorful and lively activities have been organized around the world. In Beijing, a number of parks and scenic spots launched summer solstice-themed activities. The Temple of Heaven Park held a summer solstice music festival, inviting several local bands and folk artists to present a wonderful open-air performance for visitors. Many families brought picnic mats and snacks and gathered on the lawn to enjoy a double feast of music and food. The Summer Palace carried out a summer solstice cultural exhibition, allowing visitors to learn about the history and culture of the summer solstice through graphic displays and interactive experiences.

Cold drinks, desserts and all kinds of snacks became people's first choice to beat the summer heat. In particular, some specialty mobile food trailer introduced creative iced drinks and desserts with exquisite shapes and unique tastes, attracting a large number of young people to come and hit the spot.
