Prefab House uses high-strength steel as the main frame to ensure a solid and durable structure. Aluminum is used for the exterior wall panels, providing excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. The insulation layer is made of 100mm polyurethane, which provides excellent thermal insulation performance and ensures stable indoor temperature. Prefab House exterior glass is made of 6+18A+6 insulated LOW-E glass or 6+6 laminated insulated glass, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The surface treatment of the shell adopts metal fluorocarbon paint baking process, which has excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and is equipped with ambient light bands to create a warm and comfortable environment. Prefab House entry door adopts intelligent access control system to enhance safety and convenience.

For the cabin's environmental protection and finishing, decorative integrated panels are used for the ceiling and walls, providing a beautiful and easy-to-clean surface to ensure the overall visual effect. Prefab House flooring is made of high-quality wood-grain locking flooring, which combines aesthetics and durability. Indoor lighting is 3000K warm yellow light to create a cozy indoor atmosphere, while outdoor lighting is 4000K warm white light (optional) to provide bright outdoor lighting. Skylights are available as an option to enhance natural light and ventilation. Curtains and tracks are also optional and can be installed upon request.

Prefab House Bathroom hardware includes privacy doors with frosted tempered glass to protect privacy while maintaining aesthetics. A smart toilet enhances comfort and convenience, and a 50L water heater ensures an ample supply of hot water. The washbasin is a countertop design that is simple, aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean, and is equipped with a towel rack and a tall shower head to provide a comfortable showering experience.

For the electrical system, the air conditioner is equipped with a 2P ducted air conditioner to provide efficient cooling and heating regulation. The water heater adopts a 3-in-1 air-heating bath controller with integrated heating, lighting and ventilation functions. The electrical system adopts a plug-in card to take electricity and a manual control switch to ensure a safe and reliable power supply. The smart home voice system is available as an optional configuration to control indoor and outdoor light strips, indoor lighting, curtains, air-conditioning and other equipment through mobile app or manually to realize intelligent management.

First of all, the peripheral structure of the home is made of a steel frame to ensure overall stability and safety. For the exterior glass, 6+18A+6 insulated LOW-E glass or 6+6 laminated insulated glass is used, which not only enhances the thermal insulation performance, but also has good light transmission. The surface of the enclosure is finished with a metallic fluorocarbon paint baked enamel for added aesthetics and durability. The residences are also equipped with wrap-around mood lighting strips to create a cozy living environment. The entrance door utilizes an intelligent access control system to enhance security and convenience.

In terms of interior decoration, the ceilings and walls are made of decorative integrated panels, which are simple, elegant and easy to clean. The floor is covered with high quality wood grain locking flooring, which is both beautiful and durable. The interior lighting is warm yellow at 3000K to create a warm and cozy atmosphere, while the exterior is bright white at 4000K to provide a bright illumination. The homes also have optional skylights and curtain tracks for added light and privacy.

The bathroom hardware is equipped with a privacy door with frosted tempered glass, a smart toilet and a 50L water heater to ensure convenience for daily use. Other add-ons include optional electric underfloor heating, a projection unit with built-in motorized screen, and a whole-house water supply and drainage insulation and protection system. Finally, there is an entrance ladder for easy access.

Installation was carried out to ensure a solid connection between the steel frame and the aluminum exterior panels, and the insulation and glazed windows needed to be precisely fitted to ensure thermal insulation. Interior panels, flooring and lighting systems were installed according to the design layout to ensure overall aesthetics and functionality. Toilet fittings need to be properly connected to the water supply and drainage system and the electrical system. Smart home systems and other additional equipment are configured and commissioned according to user requirements.
